Hosted jointly by UCL Laws IBIL and Taylor Wessing LLP and chaired by The Rt Hon Professor Sir Robin Jacob (the Sir Hugh Laddie Chair of Intellectual Property at UCL Laws), this 2 day conference combines commentary from key industry and legal experts from the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and the US on:

On Wednesday evening there will be a special Judge's Panel event, discussing how the courts should best assist in resolving disputes over Licensing Terms and what reforms to procedure are needed. This panel will include Mr Justice Arnold, Klaus Grabinski (Judge at the Federal Court of Justice, Germany) Robert van Peursem (Vice President of the Intellectual Property Chamber, The Hague). Registered attendees at the 2-day conference do not need to register separately for the evening Judges' panel.
